Jericho Energy Ventures and Comstock to Establish Joint Venture for AI Data Centers in Oklahoma
Jericho Energy Ventures and Comstock Holding Companies have formed a joint venture to develop AI data center campuses in Oklahoma. Comstock will invest $1.5 million through a private placement, with plans for further investments. The financing involves issuing units priced at CAD$0.08 each, aimed at supporting Jericho's flagship AI data center project and general working capital. Comstock's CEO will join Jericho's board, enhancing collaboration on the project.

Jericho Energy Ventures and Comstock Holding have established a joint venture to develop AI data center campuses in Oklahoma. Comstock will invest $1.5 million through a non-brokered private placement, subject to regulatory approval.
The financing includes 25,684,932 units priced at CAD$0.08 each. Net proceeds will advance Jericho’s AI data center campus and support general working capital. Comstock is expected to contribute an additional $6 million to the JV and its CEO will join Jericho's board. The partnership aims to integrate Jericho’s energy infrastructure with land for large-scale data centers.
