Jupiter Mines Announces A$0.0055 Interim Dividend Following Tshipi é Ntle Distribution
Jupiter Mines has declared an interim dividend of A$0.0055 per share for the period ending December 31, 2025, with a record date of March 23 and payment on April 2. This follows an interim dividend of R200-million declared by Tshipi é Ntle Manganese Mining, in which Jupiter holds a 49.9% stake. Jupiter's share amounts to R94.8-million (A$8-million) after tax. The total dividends declared since April 2018 now stand at A$436-million.

This dividend follows Tshipi é Ntle Manganese Mining's declaration of an interim dividend of R200-million for the first half of the financial year ended June 30.
Jupiter's share of this dividend is R94.8-million, equivalent to A$8-million after tax. Additionally, Jupiter received R41.5-million (A$4-million) in marketing profits for the same period. Total dividends declared since listing in April 2018 now total A$436-million.
