K Line Completes Acquisition of K Line Wind Service for Offshore Wind Operations
K Line has acquired the remaining stake in K Line Wind Service, enhancing operational control in the offshore wind sector. This move is expected to streamline decision-making processes and bolster growth within the K Line Group.

K Line has fully acquired K Line Wind Service (KWS), previously a joint venture with Kawasaki Kinkai Kisen. This acquisition aims to enhance operational integration and facilitate more efficient decision-making, supporting KWS's growth in the offshore wind support vessel market.
KWS, established in 2021, focuses on operating work vessels and geotechnical survey vessels. The acquisition is part of K Line's strategy to strengthen its position in various offshore support operations, including marine resource development and offshore wind power projects. This consolidation may increase corporate value and competitive edge in the renewable energy sector.
