Kazakhstan's First 3D-Printed Home Completed in Five Days
BM Partners has built Central Asia's inaugural 3D-printed house in Almaty, measuring 100 square meters and costing 223,000 SEK. This project represents a significant advancement in construction technology, utilizing high-performance concrete suitable for extreme weather conditions.

BM Partners has completed a 3D-printed house in Almaty, Kazakhstan, marking Central Asia's first such project. The 100 square meter home was constructed using a BOD2 printer from COBOD, which is also known for building Europe's largest 3D-printed data center.
The main structure was printed in five days, with final interior work taking an additional two months. The materials employed include high-performance concrete and polystyrene concrete for insulation, ensuring durability against extreme temperatures. This project could influence future construction methods in seismically active regions.
