Kembara DeepTech Fund Secures €750M for European Innovation Growth
Kembara, founded by Javier Santiso and Yann de Vries, has raised €750 million towards its €1 billion growth fund to support deep tech companies in Europe. Backed by €350 million from the European Investment Fund, the fund aims to invest in AI, quantum computing, clean energy, robotics, and space technologies. Kembara seeks to address the funding gap for Series B and C rounds, targeting around 20 companies by 2026 while promoting local innovation.

The firm targets around 20 companies by 2026 and intends to establish a Europe-wide platform to connect deep tech founders with investors and industry partners.
