KEO and Margulies Hoelzli Architecture have partnered to enhance data center delivery for developers and investors in the GCC and Europe, responding to escalating demand for digital infrastructure. This collaboration is positioned to streamline project delivery amid increasing investment in global data center infrastructure, projected to reach over USD 3 trillion in five years.

KEO and Margulies Hoelzli Architecture (MHA) have established a partnership aimed at delivering comprehensive data center solutions across the GCC and Europe. This initiative combines KEO's regional expertise with MHA's proficiency in hyperscale facility design, addressing the growing demand for digital infrastructure while navigating challenges such as power constraints and regulatory hurdles.
The partnership intends to provide a full-cycle service model, facilitating project delivery from feasibility to ongoing management. Collectively, KEO and MHA have significant experience, having managed over 1,200 MW of capacity and USD 100 billion in investments. The partnership's focus on ESG compliance and green financing may appeal to investors prioritizing sustainable practices.
