KEPCO KDN and Senegal Renewable Energy Agency Sign MOU for Energy ICT Collaboration
KEPCO KDN has signed an MOU with the Senegal Renewable Energy Agency to enhance cooperation in renewable energy and digital transformation. The agreement aims to modernize Senegal's energy infrastructure by integrating energy ICT technologies and promoting joint ODA projects. Key areas of collaboration include renewable energy sectors, AI, cybersecurity, and technical training.

KEPCO KDN has partnered with the Senegal Renewable Energy Agency (ANER) by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on mutual business cooperation. The agreement focuses on cooperation in renewable energy fields such as solar, wind, and energy storage, as well as digital transformation and ICT collaboration, including AI and cybersecurity.
It aims to modernize Senegal's energy infrastructure by leveraging KEPCO KDN's energy ICT capabilities alongside Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) ODA projects. The Senegalese delegation also visited various Korean energy facilities and discussed energy self-sufficiency strategies applicable to rural regions in Senegal.
