KIMA Plans $29.8 Million Profit for FY 2026/27 and Carbon Dioxide Utilization Contract

KIMA's board of directors approved a budget targeting a net profit of EGP 1.505 billion for the fiscal year 2026/2027. The company will sign a strategic contract with a private sector entity to utilize excess carbon dioxide from its ammonia plant.
This initiative forms part of KIMA's investment plan focused on reducing carbon emissions and enhancing environmental sustainability. The company plans to establish a carbon dioxide liquefaction unit for processing surplus emissions into liquefied CO2 for industrial applications.
