Kinergy Advancement Bhd Reports RM513.2M Revenue in FY2025 Driven by Sustainable Energy Shift
Kinergy Advancement Bhd achieved RM513.2 million in revenue for FY2025, marking a 110% increase year-on-year. The company's net profit rose 41% to RM30.29 million, driven by its strategic pivot to sustainable energy, with the Sustainable Energy Solutions (SES) segment contributing 70% of total revenue. Key projects include the Petronas gas engine power plant in Sabah and Labuan. The group’s order book in the energy segment stands at RM1.03 billion, supported by RM2.24 billion in active tenders.

Kinergy Advancement Bhd reported a record RM513.2 million in revenue for FY2025, a 110% year-on-year increase, with net profit rising 41% to RM30.29 million. The company's strategic pivot to sustainable energy is reflected in the Sustainable Energy Solutions (SES) segment, which contributed RM360.1 million in revenue, a 191.5% increase, and RM48.4 million in segment profit.
The performance was bolstered by the Petronas gas engine power plant project. Kinergy also began power plant ownership with the acquisition of Jati Cakerawala and a partnership with B.Grimm Power. As of December 31, 2025, Kinergy's energy segment order book is approximately RM1.03 billion, with an additional RM2.24 billion in tenders, ensuring significant earnings visibility.
