The acquisition grants shareholders direct ownership in a resource valued at approximately $68 billion. Post-acquisition, Klotho will operate with two divisions: Natural Resources and Cell and Gene Therapy. The transaction, finalized on March 4, 2026, is structured as a reverse merger and will result in Greenland Mines potentially owning about 93% of Klotho on a fully diluted basis.
