President Yoon is recognized for his contributions to the domestic REIT market and has led significant office investments and listings of Koramco Life Infrastructure REIT and Koramco Daewon REIT. The company intends to stabilize its dual-CEO structure and improve execution capabilities in key areas such as offices, logistics, data centers, and complex developments. Additionally, Jo Jeong-hwan and Lee Min-woo have been promoted to managing directors to oversee structured investments and data centers, respectively.
