Kulveer Singh Yadav Appointed Joint Secretary of Ministry of Mines
Kulveer Singh Yadav, IOFS (2002), has been appointed Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Mines for five years, succeeding Dinesh Mahur, ITS (1992). His role focuses on enhancing mineral production while ensuring environmental sustainability and advancing reforms to attract private investment and improve transparency in mineral auctions.

Kulveer Singh Yadav has assumed the role of Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Mines, where he will serve for a term of five years. His responsibilities include driving policy development to boost mineral production and ensuring environmental sustainability, as well as overseeing digital initiatives like the National Mineral Exploration Trust (NMET).
The Joint Secretary also represents India in international mining forums and fosters strategic partnerships to secure supply chains for critical minerals.
