Kuwait Fund Partners with NVIDIA, KKR, and Vistra to Establish $10B AI Infrastructure Firm
The Kuwait Investment Authority has collaborated with NVIDIA, KKR, and Vistra to launch Helix Digital Infrastructure, committing over $10 billion in long-term capital. Helix is designed to address the increasing complexity of AI infrastructure by coordinating data centers, power, and connectivity for hyperscalers.

Helix Digital Infrastructure has been established with over $10 billion in commitments from the Kuwait Investment Authority, NVIDIA, KKR, and Vistra. The firm aims to streamline the development of AI infrastructure, addressing the complexities faced by hyperscalers.
Adam Selipsky, former CEO of Amazon Web Services, leads Helix, with Waldemar Szlezak from KKR serving as Chief Investment Officer. The initiative will focus on critical assets such as data centers, power generation, and connectivity.
Given the expected trillions in investment needed for AI infrastructure, Helix's role as a coordinated partner may significantly reduce operational bottlenecks. Its integrated model positions it to meet the high demands of the evolving AI landscape.
