La Rosa Holdings, with a market cap of $1.15 million, reported a 3.2% year-over-year revenue increase for Q3 2025, totaling $20.2 million. Revenue from residential real estate services rose 1.7% to $16.8 million, property management increased 8.9% to $3.1 million, and commercial real estate brokerage services grew 61.5% to $103,000.
The company achieved annual savings of $0.35 million in technology operating costs by switching to in-house solutions. Additionally, La Rosa secured up to $1.25 billion in financing for its strategic shift to AI data center infrastructure, including a $1 billion equity purchase facility and a $250 million private placement convertible note.
