Ladakh Chief Secretary Ashish Kundra visited Likir, Alchi, and Leh to review development projects and engage with residents during Public Darbars. He addressed community concerns regarding land extension, infrastructure, and medical facilities, while also supporting initiatives like designating Likir as a pottery craft village and assisting local women with tailoring machines. Kundra inspected the Nimoo-Bazgo Hydroelectric Power Project and discussed conservation efforts at the Alchi Monastery, ensuring local officials would follow up on public issues raised.

Ashish Kundra, Chief Secretary of Ladakh, conducted his first official visit to Likir, Alchi, and Leh to review development initiatives and enhance public outreach. He engaged with residents during a Public Darbar in Likir, where villagers raised concerns about land extension, infrastructure, and medical facilities.
Kundra assured support for designating Likir as a pottery craft village and pledged to help local women acquire tailoring machines. He inspected traditional crafts and visited the Alchi Monastery for conservation discussions.
Additionally, he assessed the Nimoo-Bazgo Hydroelectric Power Project, focusing on sustainable power development. Kundra later held another Public Darbar in Leh, addressing issues such as land allotment and basic facilities. Local officials were present to ensure follow-up on public concerns.
