A landslide occurred in the Head Race Tunnel of the Pakal Dul hydropower project in Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir, resulting in one death, one injury, and one person missing. The incident happened on Monday night in the Dangdoro area, coinciding with heavy rains and snowfall in the region. The 1000 MW hydropower project is being developed by Chenab Valley Power Projects Limited on the Marusudar river, a tributary of the Chenab river.
