The government of the Lao People's Democratic Republic signed a MoU with Menas Capital LLC to develop a 15GW AI data center as part of the ASEAN Digital & Artificial Intelligence Hub. Signed in Dubai on February 3, 2026, the MoU aims to support renewable energy-based infrastructure for regional AI computing.
