LaSalle Secures Major Pre-Lettings at One Exchange Square with Gibson Dunn and Pacific Life Re
LaSalle Investment Management has secured two significant pre-lettings at One Exchange Square in London, with Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP leasing 154,000 square feet and Pacific Life Re occupying 84,000 square feet. Following a previous pre-let to FTI Consulting, the development is now 80% let ahead of its Q1 2026 completion, with an additional 15% under offer.
One Exchange Square, located near Liverpool Street Station, aims for high sustainability credentials with targets for BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5*, and Well Platinum certifications. The project retained 90% of the existing structure, projecting a 50% reduction in embodied carbon. The building will be entirely electric and designed to achieve net zero carbon emissions operationally.
