Lattice Semiconductor plans to acquire AMI for $1.65 billion to enhance its secure management and control platform. Lattice Semiconductor has entered an agreement to acquire AMI for a total of $1.65 billion, which includes $1 billion in cash and approximately $650 million in Lattice common stock. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
AMI is projected to generate over $200 million in revenue in 2026. This acquisition will enhance Lattice's capabilities in server, AI, and cloud applications, addressing challenges in datacenter modularity and deployment.
