The Mayor of Le Lardin-Saint-Lazare described her mandate as very challenging due to the loss of two colleagues and the weight of significant issues, particularly concerning the future of the Condat paper mills, which affect the local economy and employment. Three recovery projects are currently under consideration, with the group SPB's proposal being the most advanced.

This project includes diversifying activities with hydrogen production, innovative nanosellulose manufacturing, and a data center establishment. It could create up to 350 jobs and attract several hundred million euros in investments. Additionally, the municipality has completed several projects, including a new community hall and renovations to the stadium entrance, school, nursery, sports facilities, public lighting, and drinking water networks, despite ongoing national and international uncertainties.
