Leadership Changes at Holon, Forvia, BASF, Dassault Systèmes & Renault Trucks
Holon has strengthened its leadership team, while Forvia appointed Yves Dumoulin as Executive Vice President for Faurecia Clarion Electronics. Dumoulin, who previously served as Senior Vice President of Hydrogen Solutions and Engineering, will join Forvia's Executive Committee and report directly to CEO Martin Fischer, succeeding Jim Chang.
Dumoulin joined Forvia in 2016, holding various leadership roles across regions and business units, including Vice President of Strategy in Clean Mobility, Vice President Asia Pacific, and Vice President of China. He was appointed Senior Vice President of Forvia Interiors' European business unit in November 2021. BASF also announced a management change at Trinamix, while new personnel changes were noted at Dassault Systèmes and Renault Trucks.
