Leonardo Supercomputer Supports Cybersecurity Partnership with Leonardo

The Leonardo supercomputer, Italy's most significant data center, operates in Bologna and is crucial for cybersecurity efforts by military giant Leonardo. Funded by €120 million from the Ministry of University and €120 million from the EU, it is part of the EuroHPC JU initiative. Managed by the Cineca consortium, which includes 120 entities like 70 Italian universities, it supports applications in robotics, pharmacology, bioengineering, and climate forecasting.
