Lepida established a new Framework Agreement for Storage and Data Protection solutions, with a 60-month duration and a maximum value of €27 million. Following a market consultation with three operators, Lepida detailed technical and security requirements for storage infrastructure serving Datacenters in Ferrara, Modena, Parma, and Ravenna.

The agreement with Dell Technologies continues the existing procurement model based on terabyte metrics, ensuring operational continuity and flexibility in resource acquisition. The agreement allows Lepida and its members access to a complete portfolio of enterprise storage solutions, including all-flash systems, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity platforms. This initiative aligns with efforts started in 2025 to enhance a scalable and sustainable technological infrastructure for cloud services.
