The facility will span 568,000 square feet across three buildings and is expected to create at least 30 permanent jobs with an average wage of $95,649, along with hundreds of construction positions. Additionally, a 25-year community benefits agreement will see $27.75 million directed to the Liberty Institute for Science and Ethics to support education and research on emerging technologies.
