LiCAP Technologies Expands Manufacturing Facility in Sacramento for Ultracapacitor Production
LiCAP Technologies has announced a significant expansion with a new 40,500-square-foot manufacturing facility in Sacramento, tripling its current space. This expansion is driven by increasing demand for its Activated Dry Electrode® technology and ultracapacitor products.
The facility will serve as a hub for producing dry electrodes and support energy storage system development. LiCAP's ultracapacitor assembly line is designed for high-power applications, providing over one million charge-discharge cycles and a lifespan of over 15 years. This move positions LiCAP to provide integrated energy storage solutions across various applications, including grid stabilization and data centers.
