Linamar and Regen Resources Form Strategic Alliance for Battery-Grade Graphite in Ontario
Linamar Corporation and Regen Resources have announced a strategic alliance to commercialize graphite assets in Welland, Ontario. This partnership aims to develop a domestic supply of battery-grade graphite for industrial and automotive applications, combining Regen's 340,000-tonne graphite resource with Linamar's processing capabilities. An initial offtake partner has been identified to support early commercial demand.

Linamar Corporation and Regen Resources have formed a strategic alliance to advance the commercialization of graphite assets in Welland, Ontario. The alliance aims to create a domestic supply of battery-grade graphite for industrial and automotive use.
It combines Regen's upstream resource reserve of approximately 340,000 tonnes with Linamar's downstream processing capabilities, establishing an integrated pathway from resource development to processed material. The partners have identified an initial offtake partner to meet early commercial demand.
