Linn County Approves Rezoning for NextEra Energy's Duane Arnold Nuclear Plant to Power Google Data Center

The agreement involves rezoning nearly 400 acres, with NextEra financing emergency preparedness and infrastructure improvements. A final vote on the approval will follow one more public meeting.
