LION E-Mobility AG Reports 68% Revenue Growth and Positive EBITDA for FY 2025
LION E-Mobility AG achieved significant financial progress in FY 2025, with total revenue of EUR 28.3 million, a 68% increase year-over-year. The company also reported an EBITDA of EUR 7.5 million, marking a substantial recovery from the previous year's loss, driven by heightened market demand for battery solutions.

LION E-Mobility AG's total revenue reached EUR 28.3 million in FY 2025, a 68% increase from EUR 16.9 million in FY 2024. EBITDA improved to EUR 7.5 million, up from a loss of EUR -3.6 million, resulting in a margin of 26.4%.
The company also turned a net profit of EUR 3.0 million, compared to a loss of EUR -6.6 million last year. Key growth drivers included increased battery sales to bus manufacturers and a strong performance in the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) segment.
For 2026, LION projects revenues above EUR 35 million, despite a planned two-month factory shutdown in Q2 for upgrades. The demand in the BESS and defense sectors, including a partnership with Mandrill Engineering for unmanned ground vehicles, suggests ongoing opportunities for expansion.
