Lithium Africa Initiates 2,000 m Drill Program at Adzopé, Côte d'Ivoire
Lithium Africa Corp. is set to begin a 2,000 m reverse circulation drill program at Adzopé in late April 2026. This initiative targets the Saby Trend, a newly identified lithium-bearing corridor, following promising surface trenching results that indicate significant lithium presence.

Lithium Africa Corp. will commence a 2,000 m reverse circulation drill program at its Adzopé license in Côte d'Ivoire in late April 2026. The program aims to explore a segment of the Saby Trend, where surface trenching previously yielded an intercept of 8.0 m at 1.10% Li₂O.
Concurrently, exploration at Agboville is advancing with soil sampling and mapping identifying spodumene-bearing pegmatites. The company anticipates that ongoing exploration activities, including trenching and regional reconnaissance, will conclude in about two months. The results from the drilling at Adzopé may significantly enhance the understanding of lithium distribution in the Saby Trend, potentially impacting future exploration strategies in Côte d'Ivoire.
