Lithium Ionic Secures Multi-Year Offtake Agreements with Yahua Group and Grand Chen for Bandeira Project
Lithium Ionic Corp. has signed binding multi-year offtake agreements with Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group and Grand Chen Resources for the supply of 170,000 tonnes per annum of spodumene concentrate from its Bandeira Lithium Project in Brazil. The agreements include a minimum price of US$1,000 per tonne and a US$20 million pre-payment facility, enhancing the project's bankability and advancing its construction decision.

Lithium Ionic Corp. has executed binding multi-year offtake agreements with Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group and Grand Chen Resources for the supply of 170,000 tonnes per annum of spodumene concentrate from its Bandeira Lithium Project in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The agreements are structured as five-year take-or-pay contracts with a minimum price of US$1,000 per tonne, providing downside protection while allowing for full exposure to lithium price increases.
The combined US$20 million pre-payment facility aligns with the project's advancement toward construction, enhancing its bankability. This milestone reflects strong validation of the project's quality and importance in the global lithium supply chain.
