Lithium Universe Secures Spodumene Offtake from Norah Mining for Quebec Refinery
Lithium Universe has finalized a binding offtake agreement with Norah Mining for the supply of 80,000 tons per annum of spodumene concentrate to its Becancour refinery in Quebec over the next ten years. The agreement, which includes a lithium equivalent of 6%, supports Norah Mining's transition into market engagement as it completes its on-site concentrator in Nigeria, aligning with the country's ambitions in the global critical minerals sector.

Lithium Universe (ASX:LU7) has signed a binding offtake agreement with Norah Mining for spodumene supply to its Becancour refinery in Quebec, Canada. The ten-year deal ensures the delivery of 80,000 tons per annum of spodumene concentrate with a lithium equivalent of 6%.
Norah Mining, based in Nigeria, is expected to complete its on-site concentrator this year to support this supply. This agreement marks a significant step for Norah Mining as it transitions to market engagement and aligns with Nigeria's efforts to become a key player in the global critical minerals sector under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's leadership.
