Lockheed Martin Partners with Fortem Technologies for Autonomous Counter-Drone Systems Deployment
Lockheed Martin has partnered with Fortem Technologies to implement autonomous counter-drone systems aimed at protecting critical infrastructure. The collaboration will integrate Fortem's TrueView radar sensors and DroneHunter interceptors with Lockheed's Sanctum C-UAS Mission Management software, enhancing defense against unauthorized drones. This agreement follows Fortem's recent contracts with the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Army for counter-drone solutions.

Lockheed Martin has contracted Fortem Technologies to deploy autonomous counter-drone systems for critical infrastructure protection. Fortem will provide its TrueView radar sensors and DroneHunter interceptors, integrating them with Lockheed's Sanctum C-UAS Mission Management software.
This system is designed to offer layered defense against unauthorized drones. The agreement follows recent contracts awarded to Fortem by the Department of Homeland Security for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and a $18 million contract from the U.S.
Army for global counter-drone solutions. Fortem's technology has operational use in various conflict zones and sensitive environments.
