Lodha Developers Reports 103.4% Profit Increase in Q1 FY27
Lodha Developers achieved a net profit of ₹1,373.10 crore in Q1 FY27, up 103.4% year-on-year. Total income rose 40.6% to ₹5,096.70 crore, reflecting strong operational performance and market demand, with pre-sales at ₹4,629 crore and collections increasing by 46%.

Lodha Developers reported a net profit of ₹1,373.10 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, a 103.4% increase from the previous year. Total income reached ₹5,096.70 crore, up 40.6% from ₹3,624.70 crore a year earlier.
The company's pre-sales totaled ₹4,629 crore, and collections rose to ₹4,205 crore, marking a 46% year-on-year increase. Net debt decreased by ₹446 crore to ₹4,931 crore, resulting in a net debt-to-equity ratio of 0.2x.
The company sold land at its Palava Green Data Center Park for over ₹42 crore per acre, highlighting significant land value appreciation. Lodha aims for over tenfold growth in annual annuity income to exceed ₹3,000 crore in six years, driven by data centres and retail. This growth trajectory may further solidify Lodha's market position amid rising housing demand.
