Lodha Developers Targets ₹3,000 Cr Annuity Income Growth in Six Years
Lodha Developers aims to increase annuity income tenfold to over ₹3,000 crore in six years, driven by data centers, retail, and warehousing projects. The company plans a ₹13,000-15,000 crore investment in data centers, particularly at its Palava site near Mumbai, which will contribute significantly to rental income.

Lodha Developers plans to increase its annuity income by 10 times, targeting over ₹3,000 crore over the next six years. The expansion will be supported by a ₹13,000-15,000 crore investment in data centers and other facilities, including a 1 GW built-to-suit data center at Palava.
The company has entered an MoU with the Maharashtra government for a Green Data Centre Park covering 400 acres. For the fiscal year, Lodha reported a net profit of ₹3,431 crore, a 24% increase year-on-year, with total revenue rising 21% to ₹16,680 crore.
The firm reduced its net debt to ₹5,377 crore and achieved a net margin of 20%. It also added 12 projects with a gross development value of ₹60,000 crore across various regions, indicating strong growth potential. The focus on data centers and operational efficiencies positions Lodha for enhanced cash flow and reduced development investments in the near future.
