Lodha Developers to Invest $11 Billion in 2.5 GW Data Center Park in Maharashtra
Lodha Developers plans to invest ₹1 lakh crore ($11 billion) to establish a 2.5 gigawatt data center park in Maharashtra, marking the largest of its kind in India. This investment builds on a previous commitment of ₹30,000 crore made to the Maharashtra government last September, as the country's data center market experiences significant growth with participation from major players like Google, Meta, Amazon, and STT Global Data Centers.

Lodha Developers plans to invest Rs 1 lakh crore ($11 billion) in a 2.5 gigawatt data center park in Maharashtra, building on a previous commitment of Rs 30,000 crore. This project will be the largest data center park in India.
The initial commitment was made to the Maharashtra government last September. The data center market in India is experiencing significant growth, with investments from real estate developers and tech giants including Google and Meta. Firms such as Amazon and STT Global Data Centers have also acquired land at the site.
