Lotte Innovate Co., a subsidiary of Lotte Group, has secured a Design-Build-Operate (DBO) contract for an edge data center project in collaboration with IGIS Asset Management. The facility will feature one basement and nine above-ground floors, with a receiving capacity of 9.9 megawatts (MW).

It is designed for quick demand response in urban areas, emphasizing low latency and high efficiency. Lotte Innovate will oversee the full DBO process, including maintenance post-completion, to enhance stability and minimize risks. This project adds to Lotte's portfolio, enabling expansion into additional data center projects.
