Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, L&T Energy Offshore Wind B.V., in the Netherlands to expand its offshore wind energy capabilities. The subsidiary was registered with the Dutch Trade Register on February 10, 2026, after its incorporation on February 9, 2026. L&T Energy Offshore Wind B.V. will focus on offshore wind energy projects and provide end-to-end EPCIC services, which include Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Transportation, Installation, and Commissioning.
