It is situated 4 miles from the city center, with strong transportation links, including trains to London Kings Cross and Cambridge in 45 minutes. Westpoint offers 800 parking spaces, 10 EV charging points, and features a platinum cycle score certification with 79 covered bike racks. The acquisition aligns with M Core's investment strategy and will be followed by asset management plans.
