Mace-Suez JV Begins Maintenance Work for Qatar West Drainage System
Mace Qatar and Suez have initiated maintenance operations for the Qatar West Catchment Zone following a contract with Qatar's Public Works Authority, Ashghal. The project encompasses the management of extensive sewer and water networks, including 1,375 km of foul sewer and 1,351 km of surface and groundwater systems, alongside the Doha West STW and 43 pumping stations. This collaboration aims to bolster infrastructure resilience in line with Qatar's National Vision through innovative operational strategies.

Mace Qatar and Suez have commenced operation and maintenance work for the Qatar West Catchment Zone after securing a contract from Qatar's Public Works Authority, Ashghal. The project involves the management of 1,375 km of foul sewer network, 1,351 km of surface and ground water network, and 213 km of treated water network, as well as the Doha West STW and 43 pumping stations. The partnership aims to enhance infrastructure resilience through innovative operational methodologies aligned with Qatar's National Vision.
