Magnora and Northern Europe Energy Group Develop 120 MW Data Center in Finland
Magnora is developing a 120 MW data center in Hämeenlinna, Finland, through a joint venture with Northern Europe Energy Group, which holds 30% of the project. Magnora holds 70% and aims for construction readiness by the end of 2026.
The site is located in the More Industrial Park, leveraging existing infrastructure for energy efficiency. The facility will focus on high-density computing for AI applications and spans over 150,000 square meters.
Local authorities are supporting the project, and Neeg will handle operational development while Magnora expands its role in sustainable digital infrastructure in Northern and Central Europe. This marks Magnora's third data center project in three months.
