Maire's Tecnimont Advances Low Carbon Projects and Autonomous Operations in Global Energy Transition
Maire's digital transformation services head, Ezio Pasqualon, emphasizes the shift in the chemical and engineering industries towards low carbon molecules, autonomous systems, and circular economy models. The company reported a 26.7% increase in revenues to €5.2 billion in the first nine months of the year. Key projects include blue ammonia plants Harvest in the UAE and Beaumont in the US, and the $9 billion Hail & Ghasha gas project. Maire aims to lead in technology provision while addressing market demands for low carbon, circular, and AI-managed industrial plants.

Maire is transforming the chemical and engineering sectors by focusing on low carbon molecules and autonomous operations. In the first nine months, the company achieved €5.2 billion in revenue, with NextChem generating €309.4 million.
Significant projects include the blue ammonia plants Harvest and Beaumont, and the $9 billion Hail & Ghasha gas project in the UAE. The transition emphasizes circularity and AI integration, aiming for autonomous systems by 2040.
Ammonia is highlighted as a strategic molecule for food and energy, produced via blue or green methods. The Feed phase defines project costs and timelines, while the EPC phase actualizes the projects.
