ManageEngine Enhances OpManager Nexus with AIOps and AI Sovereignty Features
ManageEngine's OpManager Nexus now includes advanced AIOps capabilities such as MCP support and autonomous AI agents. This enhancement addresses the critical need for effective data management and security in observability platforms.

ManageEngine's OpManager Nexus, launched in April 2026, combines OpManager Plus and Site24x7 into a hybrid observability platform. Key features include Model Context Protocol (MCP) server support, agentic AI powered by Zia, and three GenAI integrations: OpenAI, DeepSeek, and Ollama.
The platform offers dual deployment options—on-premises via Docker or hosted in Zoho's data centers. AI sovereignty ensures that observability data remains under organizational control, addressing privacy and compliance concerns. These advancements aim to improve incident management and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) by enabling AI to provide actionable insights and automate responses, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency.
