Aqua Renew Company, a special-purpose vehicle owned by Marafiq, Veolia Middle East, and Lamar Arabia Energy, will develop the plant, which aims to treat complex industrial wastewater and support a circular economy. The facility will have an annual capacity of 8.8 million cubic meters, becoming the largest water reuse plant in the Middle East.
