Marco Polo Marine's PKR Offshore Secures $118M Wind Farm Salvage Contract in Taiwan
Marco Polo Marine's subsidiary, PKR Offshore, has signed a 15-year charter contract worth $118 million with Taiwan's Marine Port Bureau for emergency towing and salvage services in offshore wind farm areas. The contract includes one emergency tug or salvage vessel and is part of the Offshore Wind Farm Emergency Towage and Salvage Services Procurement Project. Revenue will be recognized evenly over 15 years, with operations starting in Q3 FY2026.

Marco Polo Marine Ltd's subsidiary, PKR Offshore Co., Ltd., has been awarded a 15-year charter contract valued at $118 million by Taiwan's Marine Port Bureau. This agreement is for emergency towing and salvage services within Taiwan's waters, specifically targeting offshore wind farm areas.
PKR Offshore will deploy one emergency tug or salvage vessel capable of operating under harsh weather conditions to respond to maritime incidents. Revenue is projected to be recognized evenly over the contract's duration, with operations set to commence in the third quarter of FY2026.
