Maritime Geothermal Ltd. Receives $1.64 Million for Facility Expansion in New Brunswick
Maritime Geothermal Ltd. announced a $1.64 million investment from ACOA for a 15,000-square-foot expansion in Petitcodiac, New Brunswick. This project aims to enhance production capacity for geothermal and air-source heat pumps, addressing the growing demand in Canada. The expansion will create jobs and support the local housing supply chain, with completion scheduled for February 2026.

Maritime Geothermal Ltd. has secured a $1.64 million investment from the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) to expand its Petitcodiac facility by 15,000 square feet. The expansion aims to increase production capacity for NORDIC® air-source and geothermal heat pumps, meeting rising demand in Canada.
Scheduled for completion in February 2026, the project will create jobs and strengthen the regional housing supply chain. The investment is also expected to help builders reduce delays in housing projects and ensure quicker access to energy-efficient HVAC systems.
