Marvell to Acquire XConn Technologies for $540 Million to Enhance AI Data Center Solutions
Marvell Technology Inc. has agreed to acquire XConn Technologies for approximately $540 million, aiming to enhance its PCIe and CXL switching silicon portfolio to meet the increasing demand for high-bandwidth data center connectivity. The acquisition, which is expected to close in early 2026 pending regulatory approvals, will bolster Marvell's UALink scale-up switch team and is projected to contribute around $100 million in revenue by fiscal 2028.
