Marvell will begin sampling its ZR/ZR+ and coherent DSP technology portfolio in the second half of 2026, including a 1.6T ZR/ZR+ pluggable and 2nm coherent DSPs featuring MACsec for secure AI data center connectivity. The Libra DSP introduces an 800G ZR/ZR+ solution, allowing cloud operators to connect metro data centers up to 1,000km apart at 800G and regional data centers up to 2,000km at 600G.

The COLORZ 800 system supports interoperability across OIF, OpenZR+, and OpenROADM modes, reducing DCI capital costs. Marvell's Electra and Libra DSPs are expected to start customer sampling in H2 2026.
