Maury Imprimeur has transferred ownership of its industrial site in Le Malesherbois, measuring approximately 65,000 m², to Garbe Industrial Real Estate. The site, strategically located near major highways A6, A19, A10, and A11, will be redeveloped into a data center, focusing on modernizing infrastructure to meet sustainability and energy efficiency standards.
