Maya Khola Hydropower Engages Citizens Capital for 10 Million Rights Share Issuance
Maya Khola Hydropower Limited has appointed Citizens Capital Limited as the issue manager for its 10 million rights share issuance. The agreement was signed in Kathmandu by executives from both companies. Citizens Capital will handle regulatory approvals and post-approval management. Established in 2067 B.S., Maya Khola has been generating electricity since 2080 B.S., supplying power to the Nepal Electricity Authority.

Maya Khola Hydropower Limited has signed a Rights Share Issue Management Agreement with Citizens Capital Limited for the issuance of 10 million rights shares. The agreement was formalized in Kathmandu, where Dinesh Prasad Shrestha and Sabir Bade Shrestha signed on behalf of their respective companies.
Citizens Capital, a subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Limited, will oversee the regulatory process, including approval from the Securities Board of Nepal. Maya Khola, established in 2067 B.S. and converted to a public limited company in 2073 B.S., has been generating electricity since 2080 B.S., providing power to the Nepal Electricity Authority.
