MCM SE is collaborating with the main contractor on the transition of the Bacton Gas Terminal into an energy hub focused on blue and green hydrogen and carbon capture. The company is supplying essential materials and services while managing a construction waste removal program, emphasizing clear communication and quick order turnarounds to avoid delays. A dedicated Project Manager ensures continuity and adaptability to the evolving site schedule.

The Bacton Gas Terminal is transitioning into an energy hub focused on blue and green hydrogen as well as carbon capture and storage. MCM SE has been working with the main contractor since May 2025 and will continue into 2026, supplying muck and concrete services, fresh concrete mixes, 20mm shingle, and Type 1 aggregates.
Upgrades include new offices, welfare facilities, and parking areas, necessitating a construction waste removal program with trusted contractors. Clear communication has been essential for managing quick order turnarounds, with early morning and weekend deliveries prioritized to prevent delays.
